Wedding Ceremony

My Service

This includes services for same-sex weddings and destination ceremonies within Australia:

First meeting obligation-free to discuss the process ahead, either by phone or in person.
We will talk legal requirements and the process.
Schedule meetings and unlimited emails or telephone contact.
Correspond regularly either via email, phone calls, and or other electronic media required to improve on the draft ceremony.
Access to all my resources, including rituals, readings, vows, music, etc.
Draft, design and create your ceremony.
Preparation and lodgement of all your wedding legal paperwork — Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and Declaration forms - download here.
Preparation of Official Marriage Certificate.
Conduct an onsite rehearsal one or two weeks before your wedding day, if required.
Travel to and from the venue/location for rehearsal (if required) and the day of your ceremony.
Arrive 45 minutes prior to the commencement of your ceremony to ensure that all is in place and working.
Delivery of a personalised and professional ceremony.
Prompt lodgment of all forms to Births Deaths & Marriages post ceremony.
Signing table, tablecloth and two chairs, if required (natural timber foldaway table & chairs).
Outdoor PA system (USB, Bluetooth, any device compatible) for up to 100 guests.
A professional copy of your ceremony presented to you as a keep sake of your special day.
An application for a Marriage Certificate form to be lodged with Births, Deaths & Marriages in your state.
I will dress appropriately and professionally.
Assure you confidential and secure record keeping of all legal documents.
Personal and Public indemnity insurance.

Services not included:

Travel Expenses: for ceremonies conducted in locations outside of the metropolitan area, e.g., regional/country (100klms+), a travel expense has been set. Any interstate & or overseas expenses, this will be discussed at the time of the booking.
The purchase of special ritual items, e.g., butterflies, candles, sand, etc., for the Ceremony.
PA System: whilst my PA system can cater for up to 100 people outdoors, some outdoor locations require larger speakers as wind, musicians and open space can vary the sound.
Wedding Theme: you may want me to wear an outfit according to your theme, this will be charged accordingly.

My Fees

Eloping (just the 2 of you & your 2 witnesses) is: $400
Intimate (5-12 guests) is: $500
Cherished (up to/about 50 guests) is: $550
Ultimate (50+ guests) is: $650

Plus travel expenses for 100+klm outside metro area: to be discussed depending on location/destination?

Travel to and from the venue/location the day of the ceremony.
Arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the commencement of the ceremony to ensure that all is in place & equipment working.
Delivery of a personalised and professional ceremony.
Table, tablecloth and two chairs, if required (natural timber foldaway table & chairs).
Outdoor PA system (USB, Bluetooth, any device compatible) for up to 100 guests, if required.
