Wedding Ceremony

My Services, this includes Destination ceremonies:

  • First meeting obligation-free to listen to you and help you as a couple to make the right decision to appoint me as your Celebrant.
  • We will talk legal requirements and the process.
  • Correspond regularly either via email, phone calls, and or other electronic media required to improve on the draft ceremony.
  • Preparation and lodgement of all your wedding legal paperwork — Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and Declaration forms - download here.
  • Preparation of Marriage Certificate.
  • Prompt lodgement of all forms to Births Deaths & Marriages post ceremony.
  • Travel to and from the venue/location for rehearsal and the day of your ceremony.
  • Conduct an onsite rehearsal one or two weeks before your wedding day.
  • Arrive 45 minutes prior to the commencement of your ceremony to ensure that all is in place before your guests arrive and all is working.
  • Delivery of a personalised and professional ceremony.
  • Access to all my resources, including rituals, readings, vows, music, etc.
  • Schedule meetings and unlimited emails or telephone contact.
  • Signing table, tablecloth and two chairs, if required (standard foldaway table & chairs).
  • Outdoor PA system (USB, Bluetooth, any device compatible) for up to 80 guests.
  • A professional copy of your ceremony presented to you as a keep sake of your special day.
  • A Change of Name form to be lodged with Births, Deaths & Marriages.
  • I will dress appropriately and professionally and in a colour to suit.
  • Assure you confidential and secure recordkeeping of all legal documents.
  • Personal and Public indemnity insurance.

Services not included:

  • Travel Expenses: for ceremonies conducted in locations outside of the metropolitan area, e.g., regional/country (100klms+), a travel expense has been set. Any interstate, overseas or Bali expenses, this will be discussed at the time of the booking.
  • The purchase of special ritual items, e.g., butterflies, candles, sand, etc., for the Ceremony.
  • PA System: whilst my PA system can cater for up to 80 people outdoors, some outdoor locations require larger speakers as wind, musicians and open space can vary the sound.
  • Wedding Theme: you may want me to wear an outfit according to your theme, this will be charged accordingly.

Other Ceremonies

Commitment, Same Sex, Renewal of Vows, Naming, a special anniversary, or any other life celebrated ceremony.
